GMX Investment Co. will act as its General Partner
to lead the project from its development stage to
construction and marketing.
We also work on selected basis with land owners
who would like to develop their properties while
maintaining total or partial ownership in them
depending on individual situation. GMX Investment
Co. will set up mutually acceptable entity that
will then undertake to develop the property to
its fullest potential.
