Development of a 25 lot subdivision on 12 acres located on the southeast corner of Mission Trail and Como Street in Wildomar, Riverside County, CA. Lot sizes vary from 15,000 SF to 21,000 SF. Projected Development: 3,000 - 3,300 SF homes, price point $675,000 - $725,000. Entitlements completed. Improvement plans submitted for plan check.

Bradley Paseo (2005-2007):
An upscale retail commercial development on a 9.0 acre corner lot located at the northeast corner of Newport Road and Bradley Road in the Menifee area of Riverside County, CA. The center consists of approximately 80,000 SF of leaseable space composed of 11 buildings. The project is approved by the County, plans currently being submitted.

Appian Village (2005-2006):
A 12-Unit Condominium development project located at the southwest corner of Appian Way and San Pablo Avenue, City of Pinole, CA. Project consists of semi-subterranean parking with 2 stories of wood frame structure above it. There are 6 units per floor, each unit is about 1,600 SF with a total gross area of 19,500 SF. The project has been approved by the City.
