PAB Campus Building for the American University of Armenia Corporation, Yerevan, Armenia (2002-2007):
Brand new building, four stories high, 110,000 SF, reinforced concrete structure with Tuffa stone cladding. Building comprising classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, faculty offices, coffee shop, exhibition halls, etc. GMX provided management services in the areas of design development, construction management and procurement of material.
